The Hamar region offers a diverse scenery with numerous opportunities.  On one side are Mjøsa and a beautiful cultural landscape, and on the other are deep forests and mountain plateaus. From DS Skibladner’s deck, you can experience the Mjøsa scenery at its very best! As you indulge in summer fun like boating and swimming, the forests and meadows offering excellent hiking are never far away. Visitors can also enjoy number of large festivals during the summer season, such as the Kirsten Flagstad Festival, Hamar Music Festival and the Medieval Festival. Hamar-region Tourist Office has moved to the city center of Hamar facing the square (ØstreTorg), at the start of the waking street and and approx 150 meters from the train station. Our new adresse is Grønnegata 52, 2317 Hamar.
