2013 will be the 150th anniversary of the birth of Edvard Munch.
With the programme "Munch 2013" we will celebrate the artist’s work and significance. It will be an occasion to improve our knowledge about Munch and to stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm for his art both nationally and inter-nationally. Events to mark the anniversary will begin on 23 January 2013 and end on Munch’s birthday on 12 December.
